Brett Michum
Brett Michum CF-L1
Brett has been active in sports from a young age. He played a lot of different sports as a kid, which eventually led him to competing in Cross-Country and Track in high school. During college he continued to stay active with weight training and running, but was always looking for something a little more structured and goal oriented, which eventually led him to CrossFi and he has been doing CrossFit regularly since 2016.
Brett enjoys the constant challenges that it presents it’s athletes with on a daily basis, as well as the awesome community it cultivates. He enjoys teaching people how they can move safely and more efficiently. None of the high-skill Gymnastics and Weightlifting came very easy to him when he first started CrossFit, which helps Brett relate well with those who are just starting their CrossFit journey.
