Strength:
Snatch
1) 4x 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch
2) 3x 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch




Metcon:

Death by Clean and Jerk (135/95)
Buy Out: 50 Burpees
*1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 the third, etc. Once you fail to complete the round that you are on, your workout is done and you can start your buy out of 50 burpees
