Every minute on the minute you will add 1 Thruster until you fail to complete that round.
For example, if you make it to minute 13 but you only get 12 thrusters within that minute, your workout is over. If you get all 13 thrusters in 59 seconds, you will continue on to round 14 with the intention of completing 14 thrusters in the 14th minute.
